Our Educators

Committed to ongoing training and learning in the early childhood field, each educator member has their own training and uniqueness that that they bring to the centre including different cultural backgrounds and languages.

Our Educators meet on a regular basis to discuss issues arising from the centre and also evaluate their childcare practices. Educators are often engaged in new learning opportunities with the centre’s educational leader, who provides them with relevant updated training and information about all areas across the centre.

The centre regularly observes documents and evaluates all practices, to continually update and improve the quality of service and standard of care we provide. Educators are encouraged to regularly contribute to policy updates, centre quality improvement plan and the overall running of the centre.

Our service participates in the Early Years Learning Framework and adheres to the National Quality Framework .We are committed to continuous improvement of our service and our centre. We regularly observe, document and evaluate all practices, to continually update and improve the quality of our service and standard of care we provide.

Our Centre Educators have asthma and anaphylaxis training, food handling training, child protection training. The team consist of
